Q. Are all Bellezza Imports bags made in Italy?
A. Yes. We travel to Italy, seek out companies that produced their leather bags in Italy, and ensure that all of our suppliers are only producing Italian made leather bags. All pieces come with a Certificate of Authenticity and are quality guaranteed. You can be sure that every bag at Bellezza Imports comes directly from the manufacturers in Italy where they are made.
Q. How exclusive are the Bellezza Imports Italian leather bags?
A. All of our Italian leather handbags are ordered in limited quantities from leading Italian leather design houses and are not mass produced on a third world market. These bags are made to order for Bellezza, this ensures exclusivity, and we never order the same bags a second time. Often we offer from 4 to 6 pieces in each style, and when the quantity shown is gone the bag most likely will not be returning. If you are looking to carry a bag that no one else has then purchase the quantity show and you will be the only owner of that particular style and color.
Q. Are all Bellezza bags stocked in inventory within the United States?
A. Yes, we order all of our bags and styles and import them directly from the Italian designers to the USA. Every bag purchased from Bellezza ships from Minnesota, not drop shipped from Italy, so you can be sure that you will receive your bag timely and without any outrageous shipping charges or customs duties.
Q. How often do you have new styles arriving in?
A. We have new styles of Italian leather bags arriving throughout the year. As an importer we are constantly searching for new and different bags, and constantly importing them to the United States. To stay up to date on new arrivals please signup for our Newsletter.
Q. If we have a popular handbag style can we reorder it?
A. We buy in limited quantities from producers that hand tailor each bag specifically for Bellezza. Our inventory is made to order specifically for us, and once the inventory is sold out in a style or color it cannot not be reordered.
Q. Do you have any styles you can reorder?
A. Yes, most of our briefcases, laptops and messenger bags can be reordered as long as the style has not been dropped or altered by the producer. We also may reorder a style that is now out of stock if it is in a large quantity (16 or more), however this will depend on manufacturer availability.
Q. What would be a special order?
A. We can place orders for special events such as weddings, purse parties or corporate gifts. If there is an item you would like to purchase in a larger quantity (16 or more) then we are showing on the website call us at 800-395-2818 to discuss your order.
Q How would I do that?
A. If you have a customer request for a special order contact Rebecca at 800 395 2818 for availability and pricing. We pride ourselves on customer service. Real people answer the phones here at Bellezza, as we provide a real boutique shopping experience just as you would find in your local fashion boutique.
Q. What about pricing?
A. We recommend and encourage the wholesale buyer to set his/her retail price on each bag. Every market is different and every retailer can set their own prices based on their own market. Our quality is the same as bags being sold for up to $3,000 in high-end department stores.
Q. Can I buy a sample from you?
A. Yes you can purchase a bag at full price. If you decide to proceed with ordering we will issue a 50% discount on the bag. If you decide not to proceed you may return the bag UNUSED, label intact along with the dust cover within 30 days for a refund.
Q. How much does it cost to ship?
A. We do not offer free shipping with our wholesale program. The cost to ship your package will be calculated and added to your final cost during check out.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We do not accept returns on any bags purchased at a discount. All bags are guaranteed to be free of defects prior to shipping. It is recommended you establish a return or refund policy for your own business.
Q. Do you drop ship from Italy?
A. No, our inventory is stocked at our shop in the US. Thus you avoid the costly shipping, customs and duties you would incur buying from companies located outside the U.S.
