Warranty

We have meticulously sought out Italian Handbag Designers that subscribe to the rigors of tanning leather set forth by the “Genuine Italian Vegetable-tanned Leather Consortium”. These companies handcraft each item using the finest top shelf leather.  Because of this our products are of the highest quality and rarely need repairs.  However, human error can occur and as such we offer a Manufacturers Warranty for repairs to clasps, zippers, buckles and lining.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse and is not a replacement policy.

Each piece is hand tailored individually by skillful Italian leather artisans and possible imperfections in the leather itself are typical and are not considered faults. Authentic Italian leather bags are not mass produced and each one is completely unique.

Bellezza Imports offers a free guarantee of faulty accessories or leather seams (not imperfections in the leather itself) if we are notified within 30 days from the date of the purchase. Within the first 30 days of purchase we will replace or fix any product deemed suitable.
