Returns Policy
- We are always available to speak with you about your purchase and help you with any disputes you may have. Please call 800-395-2818 to speak with us Monday - Friday between 10am and 4pm Central Time.
- All products can be returned UNUSED within 30 days after the date of delivery. Must be UNUSED and returned in original packing material with label intact. However, a product purchased that is marked down on closeout or sale connot be returned for a refund and only store credit will be given.
- The item should be returned UNUSED in the original packaging material along with the certificate of authenticity.
- Please retain a copy of your shipping slip for your records.
- We suggest insuring the package for your protection.
- Upon receiving the item it will be inspected. If a refund is warranted it will be issued on the card that was used for the purchase, or via Bellezza Imports company check.
- NO USED ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND. All return shipping to and from Bellezza Imports is the responsibility of the customer.
- All closeouts or sale items purchases are final and nonrefundable. A returned UNUSED closeout or sale item can be issued store credit only.
